Terms of service – inGrade
This Terms of Use agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter referred to as “User” or “You”) and Ingrade LLC (together with its affiliated institutions, hereinafter referred to as “Ingrade” and its Affiliates).
The website www.us.Ingrade.io or any derivative web pages, Mobile Applications, Online Communities, Closed Groups, or Social Platforms (collectively referred to as the “Platform”) along with any content, services, and materials provided therein, are owned and operated by Ingrade.
By accessing or using the Platform or availing of Ingrade’s services and courses, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and all other policies published on the Platform (collectively referred to as the “Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue using Ingrade’s services.
Note: Specific courses or programs may have their own additional terms, including payment and refund policies, which will apply in conjunction with these Terms.
DEFINITIONS
- Academic Program: A program of courses and/or components leading to any of Ingrade’s online certificate programs.
- Student: A candidate who has enrolled in and been admitted to one of Ingrade’s online certificate programs.
ACADEMIC PROGRAM CONTENT, DELIVERY, AND DURATION
- Course Content:
- The courses will include text-based materials, video content, exams, and other components delivered through a secure Learning Management System (LMS).
- Content access will be available for lifetime from the date of enrolment.
- Content Updates:
- Ingrade reserves the right to update or revise course materials. Substantial updates may require an additional fee with prior notification to the User.
- Access Rules:
- Sharing login credentials or disseminating course material publicly is prohibited. Violations will result in suspension of access, forfeiture of fees, and potential legal action.
- Unauthorized downloads, circumventing digital rights management, or reproducing content is strictly prohibited.
- Examinations and Re-examinations:
- Students may take examinations as per the timelines provided. Re-examinations or reassessments may require additional fees.
- Content Ownership:
- All course materials are the intellectual property of Ingrade or its partners. Any unauthorized use, replication, or sharing will be subject to legal consequences.
ADMISSION
- Admission criteria must be met as outlined by Ingrade. If admission criteria are unmet at the time of enrolment, refunds or corrective actions will follow the applicable policy.
PAYMENTS AND EMI OPTIONS
- Instalment Plans:
- EMI options (ranging from 6–18 months) may be available via approved finance partners. Approval is subject to the discretion of the finance partner or lender based on your creditworthiness.
- Non-payment of EMIs will lead to suspension of services without refunds.
- Credit Card Payments:
- For payments via credit cards, EMI conversion is subject to the issuing bank’s policies. Ingrade will not be responsible for EMI-related disputes with banks.
REFUNDS
- Course fees are non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned in the course-specific refund policy.
- In exceptional cases, Ingrade may provide course credits or allow migration to another batch at its sole discretion, subject to cancellation or migration fees.
CERTIFICATION AND TRANSCRIPTS
- Certificate Issuance:
- Certificates will be awarded to students who successfully complete the program requirements and have no outstanding dues.
- Transcripts:
- Students may request transcripts by paying the applicable fee.
DISCIPLINARY ACTION
- Any form of abuse or inappropriate behavior toward Ingrade’s faculty, support team, or community members will lead to immediate disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of access without refunds.
SEXUAL HARASSMENT POLICY
- Ingrade adheres to the principles outlined in The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013, and any act of harassment will result in appropriate disciplinary and legal action.
PUBLICATION AND PROMOTIONAL USE
- Assignments and Projects:
- Ingrade may publish high-quality student assignments or projects to showcase alumni work. Proper credit will be given to the User.
- Users may also publish their coursework on public platforms, provided they acknowledge Ingrade and include a link to the course page.
- Marketing Use:
- By enrolling, you grant Ingrade the right to use your name, photographs, and career achievements for promotional purposes in a reasonable and truthful manner.
GENERAL TERMS
- Platform Modifications:
- Ingrade reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the Platform without prior notice.
- Governing Law:
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Insert City/Region].
