Refund Policy – inGrade
Effective from 1st December 2024
At Ingrade, we are committed to providing a transformative learning experience. We guarantee that you will love our courses if you fully engage with them.
As a general rule, course fees paid to Ingrade are non-refundable. However, we are offering an exception for a limited time for select courses, Executive Certificate, Introductory and Remote International Work Courses.
We understand the apprehension that may arise when investing time, energy, and money into online learning. To address these concerns, we have introduced a refund policy with the conditions outlined below.
Refund Eligibility Criteria
If you enroll in one of the eligible courses and, after 30 days of active participation, find no value in it, you can claim a refund between the 30th and 45th day from the official course start date, provided the following conditions are met:
- Attendance:
- Attend all live online classes within the first 30 days in live mode. Partial attendance (e.g., attending only part of a session) or watching recordings does not count as proper attendance.
- Ensure you log in using your correct first and last name for attendance tracking.
- Assignment Submission:
- Submit all assignments issued during the first 30 days.
- Assignments must be submitted on time, in the required format, and with genuine effort to learn. Late submissions or incomplete work will disqualify you from claiming a refund.
- Assignments given during the 30-day period but with deadlines beyond the 30 days must also be completed and submitted.
- Full Participation:
- Actively participate in classes, respond during sessions, and engage with the curriculum.
Refund Process
If you meet the above criteria and still do not find the course beneficial, you may request a refund by:
- Submitting a Request:
Send your refund request to [email protected] between the 30th and 45th day from the course start date. - Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 14-60 days of receiving a valid request. - Return of Materials:
If you received any physical materials (e.g., books), you must return them in good condition via registered post to Ingrade before your refund can be processed.
Important Notes
- Booking Fees:
Booking fees are non-refundable, except when the learner completes enrollment and requests a refund in compliance with this policy. - Loan or EMI Payments:
If you fail to clear any dues or EMIs to the financial institution or Ingrade’s finance partner, you will not be eligible for a refund. - Future Course Enrollments:
If you receive a refund, you must disclose this when enrolling in future courses. Ingrade reserves the right to decline future enrollments for individuals who have claimed a refund. - Premature Requests:
Refund requests made before the 31st day or after the 45th day will not be entertained.
Additional Clarifications
- Technical Issues:
If technical problems prevent you from meeting any requirements, you may qualify for an exception if you can provide evidence (e.g., screenshots and timestamps) of raising a complaint with [email protected]. - Attendance Period:
- The 30-day attendance period starts from the first concept session of your batch. While onboarding and feedback sessions are not mandatory, attending them is recommended to maximize your learning experience.
- Premature Withdrawals:
- Refunds cannot be claimed if you withdraw after attending only one or two classes. You must complete the 30-day period and meet all requirements to qualify.
Our Commitment
While providing refunds can be challenging due to the batch structure of our courses, we stand by our curriculum and teaching methodology. We are confident that students who fully commit to our courses will find immense value in the first month and will not need to opt for a refund.
Thank you for choosing Ingrade. We are dedicated to your success and aim to provide a rewarding learning journey.
